What is the Portuguese Treasures return/exchange policy?

We are pride in the quality of our products and  take customer satisfaction seriously. If you  wish to exchange the product you bought from us, we will be happy to exchange within 30 days of receipt if the item is unopened/unused.

Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.. Where possible items will be repaired or replaced for the same product in the same size and colours, subject to availability. If it cannot be repaired or replaced a full refund will be given. Any items that are deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. If the damaged item is due to a factory fault, we will repair/ replace the item in the same size and style (subject to availability) at no cost to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like  custom products such as special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I return or exchange?

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us. Please note that you are responsible for the all the postage fees. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will refund the postage fees.

Please include in your return:
1. A copy of your receipt or pertinent information (your name, address & phone number)
2. Notation of your request for exchange

Your refund/replacement will only be issued after the item is returned and processed, please allow 48 hours for your refund to be processed.

We strongly recommend that you obtain a postal receipt for returned items.
